What kind of digital products do you sell?
We offer a growing collection of printable greeting cards, coloring pages for all ages, high-resolution stock photos (coming soon), and other creative digital content. All items are available as instant downloads—no shipping required! We do, however, have plans to expand to offer print-on-demand items, so be on the lookout for that in the future.
After payment is confirmed, from a desktop or laptop computer (not a mobile device), either click on the link in the purchase email or go to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews and download from there.
How do i receive my files after purchase?
What file formats do you provide?
It varies by type of product, but most products come in high-quality PDF or PNG formats. PDF files will require a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader to be installed on your computer.
Can I print the digital downloads at home?
Absolutely! Our files are designed to be printer-friendly. You can print at home, via a local print shop, through an online print service, or basically anywhere there is a printer.
Can I use your stock photos or other content for commercial projects?
Well, that depends. Most of our products and content are for personal use only, but some do include commercial use rights. Be sure to check out the license detail on each listing page as well as our License and Terms of Service Agreement page prior to purchasing and using.
Can I share my downloads with others?
Yes! Occasionally, we do offer freebies. Subscribe to our email list to get a heads up on those freebies, new product sneak peeks, and other special offers.
Do you offer free downloads?
We're so flattered you want to share, but all purchases are for personal use only unless otherwise stated on the product listing page or the License and Terms of Service Agreement page. Please direct your friends and family to our site so they can grab their own copy.
Do you offer refunds, exchanges, etc.?
Because our products and content are digital in nature and instantly delivered, we unfortunately can't offer refunds, cancelations, or exchanges. If you run into any issues, though, please reach out. We're always happy to try to help!
What do I do if I have a problem with my purchase?
First, don't panic! Second, contact us at info@fitzblissdigitals.com or via our Contact page, and we'll do our best to help troubleshoot.
Do you do custom designs?
Sadly, no. However, if you think of something you'd like to see in our product offerings, shoot us an email or put in a suggestion via our Contact page. We love considering new ideas!
Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
We admire your enthusiasm for savings—truly, it’s inspiring. But alas, the system only allows one discount at a time.
So, if we're having a sale and/or you have one or more promo codes in your bag of goodies, choose your fave (aka the discount that saves you the mostest), give it a hug, and let it work its magic solo.
For example, if the item(s) you are purchasing are on sale for 25% off and you have a promo code for 20% off, save that promo code for later because you don't want miss out on that extra 5% discount!
